Bloom Mooo

It began with a simple question: What does Alpine air taste like if you could capture it?
Our cheesemakers answered with craftsmanship and a wink.

While the cheese matures for at least three months, we gather hand-selected Alpine blossoms from sustainable cultivation. They form a colorful, fragrant crown — beautiful to look at and part of the flavor.

And because we love to bridge yesterday and tomorrow, Bloom Mooo wears a AI-created cow on its label: a piece of art showing how digital creativity and real nature come together. That is also how the name was born: Bloom (blossom) + Mooo (our cheerful “moo”).
